The 34-year-old man who was stabbed in Herning on Thursday has died, according to a press release from Central and West Jutland police.
The statement said the man was not a Danish citizen and was staying at the Kærshovedgård immigration center. He also had no relatives in Denmark, and therefore the police had not yet succeeded in notifying the relatives.
The suspect, a 32-year-old man, was taken into custody on Friday. Initial investigations suggest a dispute between two individuals within the drug-using community in Herning, according to police.
