Twenty-one employees and six customers were forced to spend the night and sleep in the IKEA store last night, after North Jutland police advised motorists not to drive due to the weather conditions, and therefore they were offered to sleep in the store's showroom until this morning.

The weather conditions, including snowfall and strong winds, have caused numerous traffic accidents and some road closures across the country. Police are warning drivers to exercise caution on slippery roads and are advising against driving wind-sensitive vehicles on the Øresund Bridge between Denmark and Sweden starting Thursday morning due to strong winds, which are expected to subside by 11:00 or 12:00 PM.
